    A conversation and a clear scope.

    Tell us what you want to examine. We agree the goal, available information, fee and deadline. An NDA comes before confidential material changes hands.

    See how the business really works.

    We speak with the decision-maker and selected team members. We gather tools, contracts, policies and agreed samples of day-to-day work.

    Weeks 2-4

    Connect the facts to their consequences.

Good questions before we talk.

Do I need to know which audit I want?

Just describe the situation. Our first conversation helps establish whether the main issue is spending, governance or confidentiality. We propose a scope and fee after that.

Will we have to replace all our tools?

The findings may support keeping them, tidying up access and renegotiating terms. Every proposed change should have evidence behind it.

How do you protect client material?

We agree an NDA and processing rules before access. Access is limited to what the audit needs. We can agree on-site work and analysis without sending content to external AI models.

Is this legal advice or certification?

You receive an operational review, documentation and an action plan. Where legal advice, formal conformity assessment or specialist security testing is needed, we flag it and agree a separate scope.

Do we keep the documents?

Yes. Reports, calculators and policies are delivered in agreed editable formats. You can keep using them yourself or work with another team.
