Argus is an initial review of a public website and its visible information about AI, privacy and forms. From PLN 199.50 excl. VAT. We confirm the scope and timing before you commission it.

What do unused seats cost?

Start with one tool. Enter the price on your invoice and the number of licences your team actually uses.

Calculation: (paid − active) × monthly price × 12. Discounts, notice periods and migration costs are not included.

Do I need to know which audit I want?

Just describe the situation. Our first conversation helps establish whether the main issue is spending, governance or confidentiality. We propose a scope and fee after that.

Will we have to replace all our tools?

The findings may support keeping them, tidying up access and renegotiating terms. Every proposed change should have evidence behind it.

How do you protect client material?

We agree an NDA and processing rules before access. Access is limited to what the audit needs. We can agree on-site work and analysis without sending content to external AI models.

Is this legal advice or certification?

You receive an operational review, documentation and an action plan. Where legal advice, formal conformity assessment or specialist security testing is needed, we flag it and agree a separate scope.

Do we keep the documents?

Yes. Reports, calculators and policies are delivered in agreed editable formats. You can keep using them yourself or work with another team.
