TERMS AND PRIVACY

Your data. Clear ground rules.

Share what we need for a conversation. Confidential material comes later, once terms are agreed.

Privacy information updated: 30 October 2026

Controller and contact

The controller is Aeneia Karol Dębkowski, Polish tax ID 5252515321, Jana Kazimierza 60/240, 01-248 Warsaw, Poland. For data enquiries, email karol.debkowski@aeneia.pl.

What we collect and why

The form sends your name, email, optional company name, chosen topic and message. We use this to reply and take steps before a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)), or to handle business correspondence and protect legal claims (Article 6(1)(f)). Providing data is voluntary; an email address is needed for a reply.

Providers and security

Vercel hosts the site and Resend delivers form messages to our business inbox. Providers may process data outside the EEA under applicable safeguards, including standard contractual clauses. We do not sell your data. Please do not use the form for client documentation.

Retention

We retain enquiries for the time needed to handle the correspondence and establish an engagement. Further retention is limited to legal obligations or the protection of claims. The period depends on whether a contract follows.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure or restriction and, where applicable, portability or object to processing. You can complain to Poland’s data protection authority, the President of UODO. Form submissions are not used for automated decisions with legal effects.

Analytics with your permission

Google Analytics 4 (GA4) starts only after you give consent in the banner. We analyze pages visited, website usage, device information and approximate location. We do not send form contents, names or email addresses to GA4. After the server confirms that an enquiry has been accepted, we may record an event containing only the service name and contact method. The GA4 retention period for event and user data is set to 2 months.

Cookies and your privacy choice

We store your preference for 6 months in the aeneia_consent_v1 cookie, shared across websites in the aeneia.pl domain. Google may set analytics cookies after you consent. You can decline analytics or withdraw consent at any time using “Privacy settings”. Withdrawal stops further measurement and removes analytics cookies from your browser. The host may process technical information needed for security. Booking links open Cal.com, a separate service with its own privacy notice. During your visit, your browser also remembers the selected articles. This local record only keeps that selection stable; we do not send it to our server or use it for tracking.
