Fees and commissioning
Published fees are starting prices in PLN excluding VAT. The final fee depends on the agreed scope, entities and material to review. Submitting the form does not create a contract or start paid work. Work begins after written terms are accepted.
Scope and findings
The audit is an operational review of AI within the agreed engagement. Findings reflect the available evidence and include limitations and recommendations. The service does not automatically constitute legal advice, certification or penetration testing. Specific savings or regulatory decisions are not guaranteed.
Confidentiality and handover
An NDA and data access rules are agreed before confidential materials are shared. Reports and agreed files are supplied in editable formats for continued business use. The agreement sets out delivery and acceptance.
Value guarantee and complaints
If, after receiving the report, you feel it has provided no value, we refund the full fee paid. The practical terms of this guarantee are confirmed in writing before work begins. Send requests or complaints to karol.debkowski@aeneia.pl with your company name and engagement reference.
